• Free: Basic signal service available to all registered users.

Training and educational resources for clients interested in learning forex trading.

Investment Programs:
Opportunities for clients to invest capital with expected monthly returns.

4. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the Company’s services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BFU TRADING SOLUTION. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal purposes.

No Warranty
Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Investment Risk
The Company does not guarantee profits or protection from losses.
Users acknowledge the inherent risks in forex trading.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services during the six months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or damages resulting from their breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

By the User
Users may terminate their account by providing written notice to the Company.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
